Royal Hotel, Bognor

The Royal Hotel was the sympathetic restoration of a landmark building on Bognor seafront. We carefully restored and painted the eternal facades of this period property including the existing wrought ironwork. Internally – 27 new build contemporary apartments along with adjoining common ways. These works were carried out in 3 phases between 2020 and 2022. Finished in a Farrow & Ball palette in durable trade finishes. We incredibly proud of the part we played in this ambitious regeneration.
