Extension & Refurbishment Chichester

This project, a detached property in an exclusive part of Chichester, was completed in September 2019.  Two large extensions were added to the property – a large single storey extension to the rear complete with a contemporary zinc roof, to provide open plan living and dining space. Upstairs, a new master suite was added above the existing garage featuring a large bedroom, en suite and dressing room. Predominantly fresh plaster and joinery throughout means this project was tackled like a new build.

Internal decoration throughout with the existing staircase overhauled and redecorated to match its new surroundings. Newly installed oak doors were carefully oiled and a few items of fitted furniture finish the ‘to-do’ list on this one.
